We want you to love your MadLab Art Designs piece. If something isn't right, here's how our return process works.
Return Window
You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original condition and packaging where possible.
How to Start a Return
Email info@madlab-artdesigns.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Exceptions
- Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless damaged or defective.
- Ceramic items showing signs of use (chips, cracks from handling) after delivery are not eligible unless the damage occurred in transit.
- Items returned without original packaging may be subject to a partial refund if damaged in return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping — at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
